コンセプト :Qu’il nous tente, a hidden gem in the heart of Nakameguro, has earned a reputation for offering authentic Western French cuisine among local residents and French expats alike. It is one of the few restaurants outside of France to serve food from the Vendee region. The moderate lighting, nostalgic decor and down-to-earth owners make for a friendly and relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of a small rural eatery. Meanwhile, ample table space keeps the atmosphere cozy and intimate for a special date or family outing. The majority of Qu’il nous tente’s offerings, ranging from sausage en ratatouille in gratin, chevreuil ham to their sherbets, are homemade. Popular dishes include the rabbit comfit facon noirmoutier with mustard sauce (1,850), cote de veau charolais, sauce fourme d’ambert et madere (2,650) and galette savoyarde (bacon, onions, potatoes, egg and fresh cream cheese (1,350). The latter is typically paired with cidre doux (cider) for 650 per glass. The cinnamon double cream tart (750) with homemade sherbet or ice cream is a popular dessert choice. Featured French wines are rotated seasonally and are personally selected by owner-chef Ito before being presented to guests. French and Belgian beers, including fruit beers, available.
