Their hand-selected beef and the mastery of the chefs allow the flavor to develop, and the combination of these techniques accentuates the Kobe beef’s quality, their most recommended dish. Their Juraku Course is also an absolute must-try as it offers a good balance of the most premium beef, fresh-cut seafood from Toyosu and crisp vegetables. Diners can upgrade their beef selection to 3 different types: Murakami Beef Sirloin, Kuroge Wagyu Beef Tenderloin and Kobe Beef Sirloin, each representing its original taste and texture. They also have an extensive wine list ranging from table wines to unique, old and rare bottles waiting to be discovered. Lunch courses range from ¥7,8500 to ¥15,650 and dinner courses range from ¥19,600 to ¥41,800.
