To complete the whole perfect dining experience is its wine cellar, which is open to guests. Guests can enter the cellar and choose their own bottle from the restaurant’s unique selection, with help from the sommelier who can offer advice on pairings.

Accordingly, their focus is quality meats, the time-honored tradition of low and slow smok-ing, honest pricing and impressive hospitality. It starts with the highest-quality meats available in Japan. They add some of their super-secret rub and toss the meats in their custom-built Jos-per oven. You can select plates as you go from the extensive menu, or opt for a course. Their 6-course set menu at ¥5,500 is definitely worth a try but the most popular dish regardless of which you chose is the grilled Toman beef with gravy that is sustainably bred by farmers in Kyushu which you can try for ¥5,980 (200g).
