The food is rooted in a philosophy of utilizing classic cooking techniques that allow flavors to develop naturally and honestly. Their experienced chefs showcase dishes based on classic recipes, with flavors made lighter and more refreshing. They work their magic with classic dishes cooked at 400 degrees Celsius in a custom oven, to lock in the flavors and allow you to enjoy the original tenderness of the meat. The custom-built grill puts much of the onus to their stone oven dishes. The menu features the JAM’S Lunch Course (¥4,900), with their famous hamburger steak. JAM’S Dinner Course (¥7,800) allows diners to experience the chef’s masterpiece Japanese grilled beef, and all vegetables are fresh from the suburbs of Tokyo.
