Concept :
Rosy’s mission is to create the future together. Using select ingredients such as free-range eggs, organic vegetables sourced from contracted farmers, carefully bred and fed beef and pork and more, Rosy offers very healthy, additive-free dishes that you can only taste here. Not only do they use organic ingredients, they also have uniforms and table linens made of organic cotton and their aprons are a FOOD TEXTILE dyed with vegetables. They don’t use plastic containers that affect the environment or the ecosystem and use stainless straws. Rosy is a restaurant that works on reducing food loss and waste and implements the actions for the U.N.’s Sustainable Development Goals on a daily basis.Key Points :
The restaurant was built by renovating a 60-year-old house in Kanda, a historic town since the Edo Period, and offers a warm space with plenty of greenery and wood. They import Oregon wines directly from Portland, Oregon, and offer many organic foods such as salad, cheese and appetizers to main dishes, including seafood, pork and beef, as well as gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan menus. The lunch menu starts at ¥1,000. Diners can enjoy a daily special main and deli dishes, as well as homemade bread, organic coffee and organic juices.Recommended Dishes :
Recommendations include the Farmer’s Vegan Salad (half: ¥780, regular: ¥1280), grilled thick sliced loin of Houbiton natural Pork from Atsumi, Aichi, (¥2,280) and roast beef using Ocean Star Beef from Kujukuri, Chiba, (¥1,480). Accompanying the meal, a must-try item is homemade organic bread. For dessert, free-range egg pudding (¥500) is the chef’s specialty. Rosy chef’s choice course (¥3,500) with 6 dishes is also available. Rosy’s selected organic foods are definitely worth a try.- Address:
