They add some of their super-secret rub and toss the meats in their custom-built Jos-per oven. You can select plates as you go from the extensive menu, or opt for a course. Their 6-course set menu at ¥5,500 is definitely worth a try but the most popular dish regardless of which you chose is the grilled Toman beef with gravy that is sustainably bred by farmers in Kyushu which you can try for ¥5,980 (200g).

Do not forget to indulge in their seasonal cold and hot dishes from ¥950 to ¥1,700, as well as their pasta and risotto from ¥1,550 to ¥1,880.
