They add some of their super-secret rub and toss the meats in their custom-built Jos-per oven. You can select plates as you go from the extensive menu, or opt for a course. Their 6-course set menu at ¥5,500 is definitely worth a try but the most popular dish regardless of which you chose is the grilled Toman beef with gravy that is sustainably bred by farmers in Kyushu which you can try for ¥5,980 (200g).
