Concept :

NADAMAN is a Japanese restaurant that allows guests to enjoy beautifully presented and colorful kaiseki dishes prepared by chefs carrying on the restaurant’s 180-year tradition of excellence. NADAMAN enjoy a reputation from not only business and political leaders in Japan, but from countless foreign dignitaries including former U.S. president, Ronald Reagan. Under the concept of “a-long- standing restaurant is always new,” the restaurant has opened branches in first-class hotels in Japan, as well as overseas.

Key Points :

A spacious Japanese garden in the Hotel New Otani, is surrounded by the outer moat of Edo Castle. The simple but elegant Sukiya-style building surrounded by greenery in a tranquil Japanese garden is acclaimed as a masterpiece of Togo Murano, the late master architect of Japan. We named our Japanese rooms Hanagiri, Aoi, Murasaki, Fuji and Akane, after the Tale of Genji, to make our guests feel at home and take them away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Recommended Dishes :

NADAMAN embraces the seasons and creates menus using the best ingredients and flexible cooking styles. For a chance to experience a rich variety of authentic kaiseki dishes, be sure to visit NADAMAN.
