With excellent hospitality and friendly, bilingual staff, 511 specializes in Kobe beef and has a seasonal course menu for ¥13,800. The meal of around eight courses is made using beef selected at auctions by the restaurant’s chefs, with the entire cow purchased to ensure the highest quality cuts of meat. They also offer a ¥11,000 course, both including hearth-baked Kobe beef steak.
