Concept :
Inspired by medieval European castles’ wine cellars, BANQUE is located in a basement and features a door inspired by a bank safe. Once the hidden side-door mysteriously swings open, visitors are greeted by luxurious velvet sofas, warm ambient lighting from the dazzling chandeliers overhead and soft opera and jazz music.
Key Points :
As the time passes pleasantly, the real star of the show — myriad racks of approximately 2,500 bottles of wines, including many rare and old vintages, and the sparkling crystal wine glasses in the main dining area — take the spotlight. The tables are artfully arranged for a semi-private atmosphere where visitors can dine cocooned by the vintage wines, shimmering glasses and soothing music.

Visitors can enjoy the BANQUE course for ¥9,800 or the GRAND CRU course for ¥18,000, while the chef’s recommended a la carte menu includes black truffle and mushroom potage for ¥1,500 and the Canadian-sourced lobster tail roast for ¥7,200.
