The signature dish is “fatty tuna and sea urchin mille-feuille'' is a supremely photogenic dish. It uses plenty of fatty tuna and sea urchin, and the salty taste of caviar creates an exquisite balance. The dish is available on some courses and a la carte.The food strikes a perfect balance between creative and familiar flavors that will absolutely appeal to the most discerning taste buds. Diners are invited to partake in Sushi Yon’s decadent menus, crafted daily using the season’s best ingredients and the skilled chef’s sustainable approach to the utilization of each. Highlights include the Hoshi Course, which is the ultimate omakase. It includes 19 items, from their signature mille-feuille dish, sashimi, seasonal special dish, nigiri sushi and small rice bowls at ¥25,000. The lunch courses range from ¥8,000 to ¥11,000 are limited to weekends and holidays. Dinner features the Hana Course with 17 items (¥13,000), the Ume Course (¥18,000) and the Tsuki course with all-you-can-drink and 15 items (¥18,000).
