This restaurant offers authentic Japanese kaiseki cuisine using fresh seasonal ingredients. Their signature dishes include a savory chicken hot pot and succulent shabu shabu. Ginza JISAKU prides themselves on their flexibility and if you inform them of your wishes in advance, they can prepare special dishes for you. In addition to table and counter seating, Ginza JISAKU also has Japanese-style kotatsu seating. With eight private rooms for two to 30 people and their chic, traditional decor with geisha service available, Ginza JISAKU is the perfect place to hold a business meeting or treat visitors from overseas. Along with chef’s kaiseki specials (8,400, 10,500,12,600, 15,750), they offer Iberian pork (8,400) or Japanese black beef (10,500) shabu shabu. Their delicious signature chicken hot pot (8,400) is an excellent dish to share between three or four people.
