Iron chef Masaharu Morimoto has spent the past 20 years developing an original style of Japanese cuisine in NY. Returning to Tokyo, Morimoto offers his cutting-edge creations on three eclectic floors in a cosmopolitan setting in Roppongi. The first floor comprises a sushi area that features fish served in a fashion that is unlike anything you have ever seen before, as well as a waiting bar in which you can enjoy a quiet drink, light snack or full-sized meal.
Key Points :A Chef's combination Sushi Course (¥10,000~) is the best way to savor the range of dishes on offer. In the basement, a chef grills tender cuts of meat to perfection in front of you from the middle of a circular teppanyaki counter. Tables and private room are also available.
Recommended Dishes :The recommended ¥15,000 Morimoto course menu features Masaharu Morimoto’s signature dish, “Mizuhiki Bagna Cauda with Crab Miso" and a main dish coming from the teppanyaki grill.
