Concept :
Obicà Mozzarella Bar opened in Rome in 2004, and it has been attracting attention as a restaurant with a new, never-before-seen style. Branches opened in cities like NY and London, and in 2008, the first Asian branch opened in Roppongi Hills, the second in Tokyo Midtown in 2013 and the third one in Yokohama in 2014. Currently they have five locations in Japan include Umeda, Takanawa and Nishi-Shinjuku. The distinctive décor, finished in black, brings out the beautiful color of the mozzarella and fresh ingredients on display on the counter.Key Points :
Obicà Mozzarella Bar features 3 kinds of fresh mozzarella cheese; Classica (delicate), Affumicata (smoked) and Stracciatella (sweet and creamy). The high-quality cheese is handmade following traditional production standards and using the finest milk from water buffalo from the Campania region.Recommended Dishes :
Obicà’s menu offers an assortment of all 3 cheeses, served with more than 10 items that perfectly complement them, including uncured ham and salami (¥900~). There is also a variety of a la carte options, including salads (¥800~), pizza and other excellent mains with plenty of delicious mozzarella cheese. Their take-out menu has also proven very popular.
