The large dining hall was renovated from a traditional Japanese bathhouse that was open until 1977. The building and the antique Eames chairs, vaulted ceilings and thick Showa-Era beams give MAISEN a retro-modern feel. The restaurant offers many different kinds of pork, and the Okita black pork is definitely worth trying.
