Il Boccalone's dishes are renowned for their generous portions and "Cucina della Mamma," or taste of mother's home cooking. The owner and chef have traveled extensively throughout Italy, sourcing out the best flavors, techniques and ingredients. Il Boccalone was one of the first restaurants in Japan to offer T-bone steak Fiorentina-style (1,400 yen per 100g.) after installing a charcoal kiln.
