Fermented foods such as miso and soy sauce are expertly incorporated into the dishes, and through the work of the masterful chefs, one of Japan’s most traditional culinary techniques shines.
キーポイント :Ginza Kuki welcomes diners to enjoy a unique fusion of the traditional techniques of Japan and fresh flavors from different culinary origins that can only be found within its elegant walls. Finished in white with wood trim, the restaurant projects a calm Japanese atmosphere in a modern setting. There is counter seating, as well as table and private seating for up to 8 people.
お勧め料理 :Ginza Kuki offers three courses: the Seasonal (¥12,000), Short (¥9,000) and Vegan (¥12,000). Please note that all courses must be booked the day before. The chefs use techniques that perfectly bring out the original flavors of the ingredients without using much sugar or other additives. Through this process, guests can enjoy a variety of dishes with mild flavors that are easy on the body.
