Ginza Kuki, a Japanese restaurant established by a miso company, Hikari Miso, founded over 80 years ago in Nagano Prefecture, offers a theme of “fermentation and aging,” cultivated through mastery and dedication to ancient culinary traditions. Fermented foods such as miso are expertly incorporated into the dishes, and through the work of the masterful chefs, one of Japan’s most traditional culinary techniques shines.

Ginza Kuki welcomes diners to enjoy a unique fusion of the traditional techniques of Japan and fresh flavors from different culinary origins that can only be found within its elegant walls. They have a large selection of fine wine and sake that go well with their dishes. Finished in white with wood trim, the restaurant projects a calm Japanese atmosphere in a modern setting. There is counter seating, as well as table and private seating for up to 6 people.
