Located in Azabu Juban, Yakiniku Ozaki is a sleek and sophisticated yakiniku restaurant that serves up mouthwatering servings of Ozaki Beef, known as “The Legendary Wagyu,” as well as some of the most delicious and varied appetizers you’ve ever had. Yakiniku Ozaki is the experience of having delicious meats grilled right before your eyes by an expert Japanese chef making for one of the best dining adventures you can have while in Japan.

Ozaki beef is an exclusive privately branded wagyu beef created by Muneharu Ozaki. Recognized by Japan’s minister of agriculture, Ozaki sought to create a brand of beef that was raised slowly, brought to full maturity, using no antibiotics or growth hormones, and fed solely on 100% natural feed. The result is a beautifully marbled, lean beef with a flavor that lasts.
 

Decorated with authentic artifacts from the Edo Period, Yakiniku Ozaki is more than just a restaurant, it’s a shrine to some of the best yakiniku Japan has to offer.

 

Key Points :

“Elegant” isn't a word often used to describe the taste of beef, but it's the perfect word to describe Yakiniku Ozaki, the meal, the atmosphere and the top-notch service. Their unique concept is providing Ozaki Beef and Mother Beef. The restaurant continues Ozaki’s tradition by honoring experienced mother cows who have given birth to calves, raising them for twice the usual time with gratitude and respect, before serving them as premium wagyu.

The restaurant offers a chic and refined interior with counter seating, private rooms for 4 or 6 guests (connectable for up to 10) and an 8-seat private room with a chef’s table reserved for owners of Ozaki Beef.The unique “Beef Owner” system allows people to purchase beef in bulk packages, either 50kg (¥500,000), 100kg (¥1 million) or 200kg (¥2 million). The beef is portioned into 2kg packages and shipped to any location of the owner’s choice over a 2-year period. They have a bar time with any spirits you might desire, along with snacks using Ozaki Beef from 9pm to 4am.

Yakiniku Ozaki provides a relaxed, luxurious and sumptuous yakiniku dining experience.

Recommended Dishes :

The seasonal omakase course with free flow drinks (¥22,000) and omakase course with pairing (¥27,000) are available. The array of sumptuous appetizers changes daily, but you're guaranteed 4 or 5 unique delicacies using seasonal ingredients, served with freshly cut vegetables with bagna cauda dipping sauce.

Next up come the seasonal dishes in French style and main course of strips, morsels and chunks of perfect beef shoulder, cheek, rump and diaphragm that melt in your mouth, as well as braised beef bourguignon — all paired with complementing wines. And for those who don't drink alcohol, special gourmet teas and other beverages are also available.
