Close to Nishiazabu crossing, a stone walkway leads to the fabulous Kenshiro, created by beef specialist and owner-chef Kenshiro Iwasaki as a new style of yakiniku restaurant. The calm and sophisticated space offers exclusively private rooms, top-notch hospitality and excellent service. The staff prepares the yakiniku right in front of guests, providing a treat for the eyes, as well as the palate in an ideal environment for business meetings and social events.

Ozaki beef, the restaurant's signature item, sometimes called "phantom beef" as only 30 heads of Ozaki beef come to market each month, is known for its rich taste and lean meat. Very few restaurants are able to pass the strict requirements to serve beef sashimi and Kenshiro is one of the places diners can experience the exquisite taste of beef sashimi.

Recommended Dishes :

Course menus featuring Ozaki beef and the chef's creative dishes made with seasonal ingredients are available for ¥8,000 to ¥12,000. The premium yakiniku Zen course (¥20,000) is perfect for celebrating special occasions and there is a large selection of sommelier-chosen red wines that go well with the lean meat.
