Concept :
Under the motto of “serving people happiness,” KINKA has reimported from Ontario, Canada, a new concept of a hidden space in Tokyo, where sushi, bar and izakaya come together to create a modern space where diners can enjoy delicious sushi and Japanese drinks without reserve.Key Points :
The stylish and warm atmosphere was fittingly put together by a Canadian designer to provide a perfect setting for both dates and business, while offering a counter where one can enjoy a glass of wine and tapas in solitude.Recommended Dishes :
Highly recommended are the Canadian lobster (¥980) and the blow torch-seared salmon, tiger shrimp and mackerel pressed sushi (¥340~). Modern tapas using fresh seasonal ingredients and courses priced from ¥3,500 to ¥12,000 are also available. Drinks include a variety of sake, shochu, Japanese whisky and original Japanese cocktails such as a sushi martini, wasabi green apple fizz and green tea beer (¥650-¥950). A hoji cha brulee with Hokkaido vanilla ice cream (¥400) perfectly completes the meal. For a unique take on traditional Japanese cuisine, KINKA offers sushi with a twist.
