The Edo Gozen is a highly recommended and most popular course with seasonal ingredients such as eel and sweet fish in early summer, matsutake mushrooms in autumn and globefish in winter. Just ¥6,000 for both lunch and dinner, the course provides the opportunity to experience the quintessence of Japanese cuisine. For lunchtime, “Edo” Premium Donburi Series offers 4 kinds of rice bowls such as Tokujo Unaju; a deluxe grilled eel rice bowl (¥9,000) and Tendon; a tempura rice bowl (¥2,800).
