Serving up carefully selected fresh fish from around the world, Fish Bank TOKYO serves unique dishes that are sure to please. The restaurant also prepares US beef steaks and also wagyu (Japanese beef) from Matsuzaka to Yonezawa and others, depending on the season. What makes Fish Bank TOKYO special is cuisine that can’t be categorized; the dishes have a French base, but there are also items with Italian and Mediterranean twists.

Key Points :

The main dining area is high-ceilinged and offers a panoramic view of Tokyo Tower, Roppongi Hills and, on good days, Mt. Fuji. Another dining area offers a view of the Rainbow Bridge and a lively open kitchen. Each dining area can be booked for parties of 20-150 people or the entire restaurant can be reserved for larger banquets or wedding receptions. Two private rooms are available for 8 to 30 people.

Recommended Dishes :

Courses start at ¥9,680, while the à la carte menu includes a two-person seafood platter for ¥9,075, king crab Caesar salad for ¥4,356. Other dishes include a Japanese wagyu beef tenderloin (120g, ¥10,890), grilled Ise lobster (¥7,502) and grilled Matsuzaka Beef sirloin (120g, ¥13,310). They have 10 kinds of wine by the glass or carafe and a 2,000-bottle cellar to perfectly complement the food.
