Located within the iconic Tokyo Station Marunouchi building, which is a National Important Cultural Property, The Tokyo Station Hotel was founded in 1915 and will celebrate its 110th anniversary in November 2025. Blanc Rouge is located in the hotel, which is directly connected to the Marunouchi south exit. It embodies history and spirit of the hotel, offering high-quality and refined French cuisine in a classic European setting.

The cuisine provided by executive chef Masahiro Ishihara combines classical French techniques with modern twists, creating both tradition and sophistication. The food also features elements of Japanese cuisine and uses the best seasonal ingredients selected from both domestic and international sources. Creating each to be visually stunning and delicious, the menu features premium black wagyu, lamb, duck and game dishes. Complementing the food is a carefully curated selection of wines, primarily from France, along with top-tier selections from other countries. The restaurant has a wine cellar with over 1,000 bottles, including more than 30 varieties of domestic wines.

Degustation course “La nouvelle cuisine française à la japonaise (¥20,000)” uses handpicked seasonal ingredients from across Japan, enhancing the natural flavors through French techniques. This indulgent course offers more than 10 dishes, providing a French-style kaiseki experience. A signature dish, the additive-free Miyazaki beef rib-eye, is available as an upgraded main dish for an additional ¥7,000. Lunch courses start at ¥12,000, and dinner courses start at ¥16,000. The restaurant offers three private rooms, accommodating groups of 4 to 12 guests, making it perfect for business meetings, celebrations, and other special occasions.
