They pride itself on their signature Teppanyaki Menu, which is a mix of teppan kaiseki and French-style teppanyaki courses. Another highlight is their Yebisu beef, which is the original brand of Kuroge wagyu, a breed of Japanese black-haired cattle raised in Kagoshima that was developed by executive chef Toshio Numajiri and head chef of Yebisu, in collaboration with Nozaki Farm. The beef has the perfect balance of tender red meat and fat, leaving a light aftertaste. As flavor comes first, sourcing and preparing to deliver only the highest quality is more of a passion and obsession.
