The Tokyo Yakatabune Association consists of 38 Yakatabune companies in the Tokyo area. Working with companies along the Sumida River and Tokyo Bay, as well as Minato and Shinagawa wards, the association strives to offer a modern experience on a Yakatabune boat. The association can check seat availability for each Yakatabune and make a reservation for your desired date, time and budget. Each vessel is decorated to evoke a traditional Japanese cruise atmosphere with bright lanterns and tatami floors.

Shared cruises are available for couples or small groups, while chartered cruises for parties of 15 or more are available. All of the Yakatabune in the association boast comfortable cabins complete with modern amenities, to ensure optimum comfort for all guests. Each boat has its own exclusive courses featuring crispy tempura and fresh sashimi, as well as all-you-can-drink. Some of the boats offer seasonal courses and karaoke is offered on all chartered cruises. While taking in an amazing view of the city, guests can enjoy seeing Tokyo SkyTree, Odaiba, the Rainbow Bridge and other well-known tourist attractions.
