By purchasing only the finest A5 grade Japanese black cattle whole, mainly Omi, Matsuzaka and Kobe – the “big three” of Japanese beef – directly from ranchers, Wagyu Ittouryu Nikube is able to keep costs down while allowing guests to enjoy the finest and rarest cuts of Japanese beef. Enveloped in a mellow and relaxed Japanese-style space, the restaurant is perfect for an intimate dinner or business get-together.

There are six private rooms which can be combined to provide a space for up to 30 people. The owner of Wagyu Ittouryu Nikube is aiming to create a new way to enjoy grilled meat, giving guests innovative ways of enjoying Japanese beef such as that flavored with soy sauce rice malt and aged soy sauce, something diners can't experience elsewhere.

Recommendations include the Ittou Funamori, a boat-wraped assortment of the "big three" types of Japanese beef for 7,980 yen and the Ultimate Chateaubriand Course for 10,000 yen. There is also a dry-aging special beef tongue for 2,500 yen, a melt-in- your-mouth cut of perfectly cooked tongue. Sides include caesar salad (780 yen) and the stone-roasted garlic rice (750 yen). There is a large selection of drinks, including sake, beer, shochu and organic wines to perfectly complement the delicious meat selections.
