A long-standing complaint of many in the expatriate community in Tokyo is how hard it is to get a good burger. For a city with so much culinary diversity, wrapping your hands around the right combination of beef, lettuce, cheese, condiments and bread has, for the most part, been exceedingly difficult. The Great Burger aims to remedy that with their tasty, diverse burgers. The Great Burger has an American-style interior, offering a casual, country feeling featuring a great deal of wood, giving it a somewhat rustic charm. Perusing the menu, one can quickly see that the Great Burger is serious about their sandwiches. Offering mouth-watering items such as the Bacon Cheeseburger for 1,250, a Double Cheese Burger for 1,550, a Fresh Vegetable Burger with Mozzarella for 1,100 and a Corned Beef and Mozzarella Sandwich for 1,150, all served with French Fries. Be sure to leave room for their home made desserts, shakes and sundaes to round out the meal. This restaurant has proven to be very popular and has been featured on many television shows and in many magazines. The Great Burger is a cozy, casual place to meet friends and is enjoyed by Japanese and expatriate diners alike.
