Combining traditional churrasco culture with a refined Tokyo setting, the restaurant continues to introduce diners to the ritual of rodízio dining through premium meats carved tableside by skilled passadores.
At its core, Super Bacana Ginza presents a carefully selected assortment of premium cuts including black wagyu ribeye, picanha, pork, and chicken — roasted in the Brazilian tradition and served continuously to guests. Complementing the churrasco experience is a vibrant buffet featuring more than 50 dishes, including Brazilian classics such as feijoada, seasonal salads, side dishes, and freshly baked pão de queijo.
