コンセプト :
Ristorante KURODINO offers high-quality, reasonably priced Italian dishes prepared by a top chef with experience at one of Tokyo’s best-known, luxury Italian restaurants. KURODINO’s colorful and visually appealing dishes are representative of the skill and creativity of the chef. Owner Kuroda acts as the chief sommelier and he and the chef spent many years honing their skills at one of Tokyo’s finest Italian restaurants. The two branches of KURODINO are cozy and small, but are equipped “with high-quality Ferrari engines,” with the Ginza branch having a European look with Japanese influences, while the Kagurazaka branch has a more Japanese motif with some European touches. Both offer a smoke-free, sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere with Ginza having a private room for up to four people, while the Kagurazaka branch’s private room can accommodate up to 10. The restaurant has more than 600 wines from around the world at reasonable prices (glass: 700~, bottle: 4,000~). KURODINO’s Italian fusion dishes make the best use of the seasonal ingredients with dinner courses for 5,850, 9,200 and 13,600 and lunch courses for 1,950, 3,600 and 4,850. There is also an a la carte menu available in the evenings.
