RANSEN Hanare is a dining bar located on the arcade floor of the Hotel New Otani Tokyo, where you can enjoy traditional authentic Japanese cuisine from RANSEN, located next door. RANSEN Hanare is an ideal location to have your favorite drink before or after dinner, or even to enjoy your dinner at the bar. The restaurant boasts seating for 12 at the bar counter, eight in the lounge area and a private room for four all in a modern, nature-inspired atmosphere. The bar serves up a wide variety of cocktails, liquor and cigars and an extensive wine list featuring excellent French and American bottles (8,000~). For food, it is hard to beat their exclusive dishes made with the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients. Their seasonal offerings include sweet fish from the Nagara river in summer; matsutake mushrooms and sharp-toothed eel in autumn; and succulent crabs and yellowtail in winter. They have monthly seasonal courses paired with drinks that complement the food (8,500), an authentic Japanese full course meal from RANSEN (12,000) and an a la carte menu available in English (600-2,800).
