The restaurant features four luxuriously appointed soundproof private rooms, with the 10-person VIP room coming with an on-call attendant and a private bathroom. Guests can also sit at the counter where they can watch the chef, who has worked at Michelin-starred restaurants and top-end hotels, prepare items for the ever-changing menu that ensures the same meal is never served twice.
キーポイント :The chef handpicks ingredients such as organic vegetables through contract farms, highly sought-after Tottori Manyo beef, which is produced in extremely limited quantities, Chura pork from Okinawa and white veal from Hokkaido. The food is served on order-made plates, including some that cost upwards of ¥50,000, by okami from the historic Ukai restaurants and kimono-clad staff, who provide the ultimate omotenashi service.
お勧め料理 :A wide variety of nihonshu is available with a kikizakeshi on hand to recommend some unique off-menu options. The MANYOU seasonal course (¥13,000) features 11 dishes and typically includes dashi or owan, uni mousse topped with caviar, sashimi, meats and more.
