コンセプト :
LASTRICATO means cobblestones in Italian and the restaurant’s location in Kagurazaka is fitting as there are many cobblestone streets. Having opened in 2002, LASTRICATO is a two-story hidden gem. The Ristorante is on the second floor and offers a spacious and relaxing atmosphere where they serve sophisticated haute cuisine in the price fixe style. Diners can enjoy exquisite dishes made with the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients, complemented by excellent wines recommended by the sommelier. Owner-chef Hasumi has experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Italy and prepares the highest-quality dishes. A private dining room is available where up to six people can enjoy their price fixe course, which features seven courses and diners can choose their antipasto, primo piatto and secondo from the menu, with an after dinner drink for 5,800. There are seasonal courses for 6,800 and lunch courses start at 1,500. The Osteria on the first floor offers casual Italian dishes, including grilled vegetables and seasonal dishes, and wine. Party courses are available with an all-you-can-drink option from 5,000. To enjoy excellent Italian cuisine, LASTRICATO is one of the best ways without buying a plane ticket.
