コンセプト :In a quiet residential area in Shinjuku, Jour de Marché invites its guests to enjoy authentic French dishes in a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant name means “market day” in French and symbolizes that special day where everyone can buy seasonal fresh products directly from their producers. To honor its name, the restaurant’s ingredients are fresh and delivered every day from carefully selected suppliers and from an environmentally friendly farm.
キーポイント :After working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Lyon in France for six and a half years and then chef in popular French restaurants in Nishiazabu and Kagurazaka, the owner-chef Naoko Enomoto opened Jour de Marché in 2015 with the concept of offering delicate and high-quality French cuisine that can be enjoyed casually. Combining French, European and Japanese seasonal ingredients, each course delivered creates unique colorful arrangements and narrates hidden stories that comes from the rich variety of dishes. The modern interior of the restaurant aims to keep the atmosphere as simple and calm as possible thanks to its semi-open kitchen, the carefully selected decorations and the meticulous arrangement of the space. お勧め料理 :The content of the menu changes every month and whether it’s for lunch or dinner, two distinctive courses and available. The ¥3,200 lunch course includes 6 dishes while the ¥5,800 offers 8 dishes. For dinner, guests can choose between the standard course at ¥6,500 and the special course at ¥9,000 which includes luxurious delicacies such as lobster, caviar, venison and more. Wine pairings are offered by a sommelier or guests can directly select their preferences from among 100 different wines, champagnes, homemade sangria and mimosa.
