Though their dishes are based on Japanese cuisine, they use Chinese techniques and flavors to complete the taste. Prepared with Chinese ingredients such as dried scallop or Sichuan pepper, they serve dishes that customers can experience only at Fukuboku. お勧め料理 :They offer four satisfying courses that include: Shun (¥3,800), Shuko (¥3,800), Iki (¥6,800) and Fukuboku (¥9,800). Shun is a light course. Shuko, including 3 kinds of small bites, is good for sake lovers. For business meetings and similar occasions, Iki or Fukuboku are ideal courses. Guests who order the Shun, Iki or Fukuboku courses can choose one from our popular dishes to finish off their meal; Fukuboku noodles with clear dashi broth, Fukuboku noodles dressed with special soy sauce and stir-fried rice cooked with duck broth. At lunch time, guests can enjoy those dishes and more at prices starting from ¥1,500.
