Fukuboku is a Japanese restaurant pursuing to achieve a sense of purity in each of their dishes. Though their dishes are based on Japanese cuisine, they use Chinese techniques and flavors to complete the taste. Prepared with Chinese ingredients such as dried scallop or Sichuan pepper, they serve dishes that customers can experience only at Fukuboku. Wooden counter seats and table seats are available, creating a calm atmosphere. This restaurant is very convenient for solo diners, business meetings, friendly get-togethers, or dates.

Fukuboku offers the Shun course (¥4,180) that includes 3 kinds of seasonal dishes and guests can choose one from their popular dishes to finish off their meal: Fukuboku noodles with clear dashi broth, Fukuboku noodles dressed with special soy sauce and stir-fried rice cooked with duck broth. They also serve various a la carte menu items such as sashimi (¥1,540~), vegetable tempura (¥550~), beef cutlet (¥3,300), Nanbanduke — fried fish marinated in sweet and spicy vinegar (¥770) — and steamed beef (¥1,980). At lunch time, guests can enjoy those dishes and more at prices starting from ¥1,200.
