Established in 2010 in New York and now in Tokyo, Empire Steak House was built on the philosophy of keeping things classic with all meats carefully aged for more than 21 days, then grilled in their custom-made broilers at 900 C. They offer a vast selection of prime cuts of beef from the US and Japan, dry-aged in-house to imbue a greater depth of flavor.

Savor signatures like the Emperors Steak for Two (¥37,000), bone-in ribeye (¥21,000~), and special wagyu (¥16,500). Sharing steaks like the impressive long-bone Tomahawk Steak (seasonal) and the famous Porterhouse for 2~4 (¥28,000~¥56,000) are also recommended.

For more private gatherings, Empire Steak House also offers contemporary space made for meetings, standing cocktails, sit-down dinners, celebrations and luncheons.

Weekday (¥2,500-¥7,800) and weekend lunch courses (¥9,800) are also available, offering cuts of USDA prime steak. Additionally, a lunch free-flow Champagne course (¥12,000) is available and diners can add free-flow Champagne to regular lunch courses for ¥6,600.
