Amid the hustle and bustle of Tokyo Station, lies an unlikely hidden gem of beautifully hand-crafted Japanese beers served alongside stylish homemade deli dishes. barBAR Tokyo, is a small, yet chic craft beer bar tucked away under the northern section of Tokyo Station. Situated in the underground passageway in between the Yaesu and Marunouchi exits and just beyond the ticket gates of the station, it’s an ideal spot to gather with friends or coworkers.

In-house brewed beers come in many different types, including seasonal specials. There are 10 taps in total, featuring the company's "Akatsuki Brewery" unfiltered beer and craft beer from across Japan. Guests should be sure to check their seasonally recommended items on their message board. Also check out their sister locations, Akatsuki Taps in Ginza, and Akatsuki Taps in Shiba-Daimon.

私たちが三陸にこだわる理由は、東日本大震災後度々三陸に訪れ、三陸の水産業の方たちに出会い三陸の牡蠣や帆立の美味しさに触れたことに始まります。直送の三陸の魚介を使った「三陸アヒージョ」はバーバーの定番料理となりました。
