Located on the 33rd floor with views of the Imperial Palace Gardens and Mount Fuji in the distance, the restaurant Arva, a newly launched in January 2018, offers bold, creative and heart-warming Italian dishes using the freshest ingredients from Japan, Italy and around the world. With over 17 years of working experience in Venice and other areas of Italy, Chef Hiraki has developed a strong sense of Italian cuisine. Arva means ‘cultivated land’ in Latin and its philosophy is to embrace the culinary history of Italy which has established a reputation for seasonal and sustainably and the shared enjoyment of uncomplicated flavours in a welcoming and congenial atmosphere.キーポイント :
An 8-metre tall cellar is stocked with over 1,200 carefully selected wines from around the world. Two private dining rooms, ideal for special occasions are located on the 34th floor, overlooking the restaurant, and Imperial Palace Gardens, skyscrapers of Shinjuku subcentre and skyline of mountains including Mt Fuji on a clear day.

Arva’s signature Raccolta courses are cooked to be shared – embodying the conviviality and warmth of traditional Italian family dining. The dishes are sociable, sustainably sourced, and served straight from the pan to each guest at the table. Raccolta – five courses: ¥14,000 per person. Available for tables of two and up.
