Intended as an authentic and pioneering alternative to stereotypical butter and tandoori chicken, Andhra Dining Ginza, located in the heart of Tokyo’s business hub, has carved out a niche as the only chain restaurant in town that serves South Indian Andhra style cuisine. Headed by experienced chef Ramanaia, who hails from Andhra Pradesh in southern India, the now 6-year-old restaurant has made introducing homemade traditional Andhra Pradesh dishes to Japanese people its sole mission.キーポイント :
Using an assortment of spices finely ground by the head chef, Andhra Dining Ginza has endeavored to provide a healthier, but flavorful alternative to the creamy, cashew-nut-heavy butter chicken commonly associated with Indian cuisine in Japan. Insisting on using natural ingredients such as onion, ginger, cumin, cinnamon and other spices for his dishes, Ramanaia has successfully converted many local Japanese to healthier alternatives, such as Pepper chicken, Spinach chicken, Chicken stew and Mutton curries all cooked following his own recipes.
