A delightful experience from beginning to end, diners will first be impressed by the décor, but then drawn in by the delicious aroma of steak. Practicing field to fork, their selection of meat is meticulous, from butchery and cooking to perfection. This has led YEBISU to be one of the leading teppanyaki destinations in Tokyo. They pride themselves on their signature Teppanyaki Menu which is a mix of Teppan Kaiseki and French-style Teppanyaki courses. Another highlight is their Yebisu beef which is the original brand of Kuroge wagyu, a breed of Japanese black-haired cattle raised in Kagoshima that was developed by executive chef Toshio Numajiri and head chef of Yebisu, in collaboration with Nozaki Farm. The beef has the perfect balance of tender red meat and fat, leaving a light aftertaste. As flavor comes first, sourcing and preparing to deliver only the highest quality is more of a passion and obsession. Everything from their mouthwatering menu and tenderest cuts, the main highlight would be the Premium Yebisu Wagyu Beef Course which also features the finest Matsusaka beef. Lunch courses range from ¥5,500 and coursed from ¥8,000 to ¥34,000 and Dinner courses are from ¥22,000 to ¥46,500.
