Concept :Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener, well-known as the best steakhouse to impress even the most discerning tastes, has enjoyed great success in New York, Waikiki and Beverly Hills and hopes to see that continue when they open their first overseas branch in Roppongi in February 2014 and in Marunouchi in December 2014. A third branch opened in Osaka in April 2015 and in Fukuoka in March 2016.
Key Points :The ambiance is classic steakhouse with Bordeaux-colored drapes at the entrance and a reception area promising a luxurious and calm dining experience. The dining room is lit by a gorgeous chandelier and leather sofas bring a richness to the experience. Two private rooms for up to 10 people are also available to make for a special experience. They choose only beef certified as the highest quality by the United States Department of Agriculture as Prime Grade, and slowly dry age it for 28 days. Dry aging brings a subtle taste and texture to the meat and their thick cuts are oven-baked.
