Concept :
First opened in Harajuku in Sept. 2014, Viva Goa Indian Cafe has since successfully introduced authentic Goan Cuisine to Japan. Cuisine of Goa originated from its Konkan roots and was influenced by 451 years of Portuguese rule. Goa is a coastal state in India`s southwestern Konkan region. Goan cuisine is mostly seafood-based and rice and fish are staples.Viva Goa has created a unique fusion of Goan and north Indian cuisine.
