Recommended dishes include foie gras mousse with merlot wine salt (¥900), truffle potato salad (¥1,000), original paella (¥1,850) such as the succulent squid ink paella and the zarzuela (Spanish bouillabaisse) at market prices. Courses include the 7-dish prix fixe Oro (¥7,000) and the 8-dish Plata Party Course(¥6,500) featuring assorted prosciutto, foie gras mousse, Huevos Estrellados, ajillo, steak, paella and dessert. To finish, the ringo offers chocolate cognac cake, raspberry custard and more (¥750~). Complementing the food is an extensive selection of 400 Spanish wines, various cocktails, including aperitifs and digestifs, and soft drinks.
