Concept :Situated just steps from the Nishi-Azabu crossing, the ringo draws inspiration from New York’s lively meatpacking district with a space where food, art and music seamlessly converge. Guests are welcomed with walls decorated by original artworks, cozy lighting, chilled-out tunes in the background and a choice of bar, table or private seating.
Key Points :A comfortable and sophisticated space, the ringo offers Spanish cuisine, while preserving Tokyo’s essence. Complementing the food is an extensive selection of Spanish wines, various cocktails, including aperitifs and digestifs, as well as soft drinks. Culinary and seasonal events such as a recent hanami are also on the menu at the ringo, Nishiazabu’s latest trendy meeting place.
Recommended Dishes :Recommended dishes include the mousse of foie gras with merlot wine salt (￥750), original paellas (￥1,500) prepared by chef Yoneda such as the succulent squid ink paella and the zarzuela (Spanish bouillabaisse) at market price.
