Perched high atop the ANA InterContinental Tokyo’s trendy Akasaka district, Teppanyaki Akasaka offers diners a feast for the senses. Diners enter a welcoming environment, offering spectacular views of the city and finished in dark tones of wood and leather. The sound and smell of succulent Kobe beef and fresh seafood, bought directly from the Tsukiji fish market, being prepared tableside by the expert chefs is the next thing to excite the senses.

Recommendations include the Miyabi dinner course (¥18,550) consisting of an amuse bouche, appetizer, pan-fried fish with fresh kuruma prawn, seasonal mixed salad with a red onion and apple vinegar dressing, a choice of Black Wagyu 160g sirloin or 120g tenderloin, grilled seasonal vegetables, a choice of white rice or the signature garlic rice with rice crisps topped with shiso leaves, miso soup and seasonal fruit.
