Sushi Masaki is an authentic edomae sushi restaurant opened in Kichijoji in March 2020 just in front of Seikei University. The restaurant offers edomae sushi using fresh seasonal seafood directly delivered from the Toyosu fish Market and delicious rice from Yamagata Prefecture, along with carefully selected sake and wine. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and barrier-free, and has a relaxing modern Japanese atmosphere. It has 11 sushi counter seats and private rooms for 2 to 7 people, making it ideal for families with children, business meals and other special occasions. The Omakase course (¥15,500), prepared by the itamae chef, who has 20-years of experience, includes 6 dishes,such as appetizers using seasonal vegetables, assorted sashimi, simmered dishes and grilled dishes, followed by 10 pieces of sushi, soup, and desserts. All dishes use fresh seasonal ingredients, carefully prepared by the skilled chef.
