Concept :

SUD Restaurant is an oceanfront fine dining restaurant located at the very end of Tokyo Bay. They offer several areas to suit various purposes; guests can enjoy a glass of Champagne while gazing out at Tokyo Bay, Tokyo Skytree, and the Hamarikyu Gardens on the terrace, gastronomic full-course meals in the main dining area, family gatherings and parties in private rooms, and pre-dinner aperitifs and after-dinner drinks and a la carte in the bar lounge.

Next to the pier, SUD Terrace & Bar offers a special and unforgettable dining experiences, such as enjoying the view of Tokyo Bay on a private cruise, followed by a delicious dinner in the dining room. The French set (¥7,260), which allows diners to enjoy all SUD has to offer, is popular on the spacious terrace seats and bar lounge. Appetizers such as terrine, smoked salmon, and homemade charcuterie platters, as well as main dishes and desserts are offered at reasonable prices.

At SUD Restaurant, they offer a course meal composed of three segments carefully created by executive chef Hazama. SUD is a new type of restaurant created by Terakoya, which was founded in Koganei in 1954. Their gastronomic course that combines traditional cuisine that has been handed down for over 60 years, innovative cuisine that incorporates new cooking methods, and natural cuisine that brings out the original taste of ingredients. Thanks to their location next to Takeshiba Pier, they actively use ingredients from Tokyo, such as seafood, fruits, and vegetables from the Izu and Ogasawara islands, as well as Edo-Tokyo vegetables.

Recommended Dishes :

Courses include Menu SUD (11 dishes: ¥21,780), Menu SUD1/2 (7-dish lunch: ¥10,890; dinner: ¥14,520) and Menu Court (5 dishes: ¥7,260). Wine pairings are also recommended. The courses, made with seasonal ingredients, change every four months. Reserving the entire restaurant is possible for parties and large groups, and they have 3 private rooms that can accommodate 2 to 14 people, perfect for business dinners and special occasions.
