SO-TEN is a hidden gem in Ebisu, featuring 5 floors of private seating. Using carefully selected seasonal ingredients, the restaurant’s expert chefs prepare creative fusion dishes that combine Japanese and Western cuisine. Conceptually based on modern Japanese style, each floor offers a private space with a different concept, and all 15 private rooms come in varying styles and sizes, such as traditional Japanese-style rooms, rooms with table seating and rooms with sofa seating.

Key Points :

A VIP room accommodating up to 25 people is also available upon request. All rooms on floors 4 and 5 are inclusive of karaoke. Catering to a variety of occasions from intimate settings and dates to large parties and banquets of 10 or more, SO-TEN welcomes guests with top-tier hospitality in a luxurious and extraordinary atmosphere.

The YUI Course (¥25,000) showcases a lavish selection of world-class ingredients and seasonal delicacies, such as spiny lobster, abalone, blackthroat seaperch, caviar and truffles.

The restaurant also offers a number of other courses such as the ZUI Course (¥12,000) and the MIYABI Course (¥18,000) that feature luxury ingredients such as spiny lobster and branded wagyu beef, in addition to seasonal delicacies.

For parties, SO-TEN offers a large plate course (¥10,000~) including 2.5 hours of all-you-can-drink. The restaurant is open until 4:00am, making it the perfect venue for after-parties and late-night fun. A variety of plans are available to suit any occasion, such as a snack set (5 types: ¥3000). The menu also offers a wide selection of à la carte options such as sashimi, fresh fish and wagyu beef.

A diverse selection of drinks, chosen to complement the creative Japanese and fusion cuisine, is offered as well. These include beer, whisky, wine, champagne, sake, shochu, awamori, sours, cocktails and more.
