The restaurant’s chef de cuisine travels across Japan to source seasonal ingredients that showcase the country’s spectacular culinary diversity, including Shunbou-mai, the restaurant’s exclusive rice. Shunbou’s elegant courses are served in a main dining room designed by Takashi Sugimoto, featuring an Aji-ishi stone counter, or in Japanese-style private rooms with sunken kotatsu seating.

The restaurant’s relaxed, light-filled setting incorporates elements of Japan’s natural beauty and allows guests to feel the changing seasons. There are 5 private rooms that can accommodate 6 to 12 people.
