Concept :

Even before entering Shiro, you realize you are in for a unique experience as this elegant Japanese restaurant is actually a house. The restaurant is in a traditional Japanese two-story house decorated with cozy Japanese antiques and furnishings. There is also a beautiful seasonal garden for diners to enjoy while eating. The restaurant offers authentic Japanese cuisine such as kaiseki, nabe and shabu-shabu. Each dish is elaborately presented on interesting plates from antiques to more contemporary. To complement your meal, Shiro not only offers sake and shochu, but also offers a wide selection of wine and champagne from their sister restaurant next door, the French cuisine “Super 5.” Shiro offers seasonal courses that feature such delights as Fugu and succulent Japanese black beef shabu-shabu priced from 7,000 to 20,000. A variety of a la carte items are also available on the menu. For lunch, they offer a kaiseki course for 5,000 and lunch sets starting from 1,000. Offering private rooms as well as the entire restaurant, which can be rented for a “house party,” Shiro is a unique experience offering a taste of fine Japanese cuisine.
