The flavors are bold yet familiar, it is story-telling on the plate, with each dish encapsulating a harvest of memories and representing the evolving ways of how people eat. Diners are offered lunch courses such as the MIZU (¥8,000) and KAZE (¥12,000), boasting freshly caught grilled fish, red wine stewed pork and roasted venison. Dinner courses are the TSUKI (¥17,000) and the HOSHI (¥23,000) which highlights grilled wagyu beef.
