Concept :PREMIUM Pound is a restaurant serving the highest- quality charcoal-grilled Kobe beef served black and blue, seared on the outside and very rare on the inside, to provide a combination of tenderness and the best aged flavor. You can choose from 19 different cuts of meat and order by weight (100g increments) from a tableside wagon, where an aged beef master cuts it. The Japanese beef is on display in an aging cabinet near the restaurant’s entrance, where it is carefully monitored for humidity, temperature and air circulation.
Key Points :It is a stylish space decorated much like a U.S. steak house with Japanese accents and features a six-person private room for special occasions or business dinners. The veteran French chef with more than 30 years of experience offers a la carte dishes making the best use of fresh, seasonal ingredients. The roast beef salad and grilled vegetables are also popular and a sommelier is on hand to offer wine selections.
