PREMIUM Pound is a restaurant serving the highest- quality charcoal-grilled Kobe beef served black and blue, seared on the outside and very rare on the inside, to provide a combination of tenderness and the best aged flavor. You can choose from 19 different cuts of meat and order by weight (100g increments) from a tableside wagon, where an aged beef master cuts it.
