Concept :

Best known for its dedication to sourcing impeccable produce and delivering optimum quality, Japanese cuisine is arguably the most spectacular when it comes to sophisticated simplicity. Yet, it is the duty of the chef to make sure that everything works well together to create a satisfying meal. Oyouri Tsuji offers a personal and exclusive experience. The menu, helmed by owner-chef Yoshiaki Tsuji, is a reflection of skills in Japan’s culinary arts. Nestled in the affluent neighborhood of Higashi-Azabu, the restaurant emerges as a culinary masterpiece. Diners can immerse themselves in this gastronomic temple — an oasis of tranquility, tradition, simplicity and respect. The dining area is finished in classic Japanese for complete seclusion and in an instant, guests can feel happiness, deliciousness, astonishment and wonder. From the intimate sushi bar made of Hinoki wood to the elegant flower arrangement, Japanese garden and private dining areas, every corner is meticulously crafted to create an atmosphere of sophistication and culinary joy.

Key Points :

Oryouri Tsuji, which showcases the humble devotion to an age-old art, creating a sensory journey between the cities and oceans of Japan.

Recommended Dishes :

Tsuji spent long hours refining his craft because cooking is all about balance. The degustation element is an expression of his creativity; a chance to engage with the flavors of the seasons. He strikes a fine balance between tradition and innovation with a menu that suits just about any occasion. The offerings here are stellar, with everything omakase, a culinary style led by the chef, produce and seasons. A procession of shapes, colors and textures are presented on gleaming traditional tableware straight from the chef’s mostly antique collection of plates. Lunch courses are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and range from ¥10,000 to ¥58,500, while dinner courses are available from Monday to Saturday and range from ¥30,000 and ¥58,500.
